Stick-n-Puck is a public session that provides an opportunity for hockey players of all ages to sharpen player skills and provide extra practice time. It is also a chance to work on skating, stick handling, shooting, and passing.

Pre-registration is required for these sessions.

Private lessons are not permitted.

General Stick-n-Puck/Drop-in Expectations:

  • Upon arrival at the rink, all players must check in at the arena pro shop.

  • There are no refunds or transfers permitted.

  • All skaters must enter the ice from the main ice doors.

  • FULL equipment is required for players (per USA Hockey recommendations--helmet with full face shield, gloves, elbow pads, shin pads, hockey pants, shoulder pads, stick, and skates) under the age of 18.

  • Adults must wear helmet, gloves and skates. The arena does not provide equipment.

  • All sessions are limited to 30 skaters/4 goalies per session.

  • Full ice games/scrimmages are NOT permitted during Stick-n-Puck sessions (see more specifics below).

  • Failure to follow these expectations may result in your removal from the session without a refund.

Cost:

  • All 50-minute Stick-n-Pucks are $15/player.

  • All 80-minute Stick-n-Pucks are $22/player.

  • Adult Drop-in is $18/player.


Family Stick-n-Puck

These sessions are ideal for younger players to have fun with their parents and/or siblings, but all ages are welcome! The level of play on the ice MUST BE SAFE for all abilities of skaters, including beginners.

Players under the age of 18: FULL equipment is required per USA Hockey recommendations. The arena does not provide equipment.

Players over the age of 18: Helmet, gloves, skates, and stick are required. The arena does not provide equipment.

  • NO slap-shots.

  • NO checking.

  • Adults MUST wear a helmet and skates.

14U & High School Stick-n-Puck

Stick-n-Puck is practice ice ONLY, there is no guarantee of access to the full rink due to others practicing. No games are permitted unless ALL players agree to play.

FULL equipment is required per USA Hockey recommendations.

The arena does not provide equipment.

Adult Drop-In

Adult Drop-Ins are for ages 18+ only (no exceptions).

FULL equipment is required per USA Hockey recommendations.

Sessions are limited to 30 skaters and 4 goalies.

The arena does not provide equipment.

Women’s Drop-In

These sessions are intended for WOMEN ONLY. Women's Drop-Ins are for ages 18+ only (no exceptions).

FULL equipment is required per USA Hockey recommendations.

The level of play on the ice must be safe for all abilities of skaters, including beginners
